CAROLE MCCARTY
FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Carole is a seasoned creative producer and multidisciplinary maker with a career spanning top agencies, iconic brands, and award-winning campaigns. Beginning in Los Angeles at Della Femina, McNamee, WCRS, she rose from the mailroom to VP, Executive Producer with leadership roles at BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Colby Effler, and Campbell-Ewald, earning a reputation for getting the impossible done.

After a creative sabbatical in Maine, Carole re-entered the industry as a sought-after freelancer, building an impressive 12-year run in New York City working with leading agencies and brands including Airbnb, Droga5, R/GA, BBDO, Translation, Arts & Letters, Publicis, and GSD&M. Her work includes two Super Bowl campaigns, major global brand platforms, and documentary projects for clients such as Under Armour, the NFL, NBA, State Farm, and Champs Sports.

In 2020, following a role at Airbnb and its IPO roadshow film, Carole launched the podcast Laid Off Lounge and continued producing at full speed throughout the pandemic, landing back full time at Dentsu Creative as the EP on Subway. Today, she operates from Bend, Oregon as a partner at Camelot Studios, bringing together strategy, storytelling, design, production, and hands-on craft to create bold, human, and unforgettable work. MAXINE REYER
HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Maxine is an experienced Producer with over eleven years of industry experience and a deep passion for creative production. A natural people person, Maxine excels at building strong, lasting relationships while keeping the process collaborative and enjoyable. Originally hailing from the East End of Long Island, she now resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with her chihuahua Gerry (named after the one and only Gerry Rafferty).
Known for staying calm under pressure, she brings a “let’s figure it out together” mindset, combining creative problem-solving with radical transparency and strong, empathetic leadership. Maxine manages a diverse portfolio of acclaimed work at the intersection of innovation and artistry, spanning large-scale brand and social campaigns, design-led projects, and immersive animated experiences. She oversees all aspects of content creation from initial concept through final execution, with expertise across TVC, film, digital and social campaigns, scalable asset production, post-production, 2D/3D animation, OOH, brand activations, merchandise, and more.

MICHAEL SMITH
FILM MAKER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR/WRITER
Michael is a Creative Director, writer, and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience telling human-centered stories across brands, film, and editorial. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing and brings a narrative-first approach shaped by literature, curiosity, and lived experience.
Formerly a lead creative at Airbnb, he helped shape the Experiences brand through global storytelling, film, and voice, with a focus on travel as a way to create connection and belonging. His work with Atlas Obscura, GetYourGuide, and other travel and culture brands continues that thread, exploring place, community, and the small moments that help people feel oriented in the world. His work spans travel, technology, and culture, always grounded in stories about how we move, gather, and find meaning.

MARK FOSTER
DIRECTOR/CREATIVE
Mark Foster is an independent filmmaker specializing in documentary and commercial video production and brand direction. With a bachelor’s degree from Art Center College of Design, he is a collaborative, on-site creative force and an all-around roll-up-your-sleeves content generator.
Mark has made a career of directing real people commercials in New York, and capturing brand-related, compelling stories of inspiration all over the world. Well versed in capturing the essence of non-acting people, Mark creates flattering video portraitures of his subjects that celebrate story, community, technology and beauty all over the world. He owns and runs FosterBuilt Coffee roasters, is a co-owner of The Sweep, a curated outdoor events property in the Catskill mountains, is an active dad, a carpenter, a welder, a cyclist, a vintage automobile enthusiast, and loves being outdoors.

JOHN ASUNCION
DIRECTOR/CREATIVE
John is a seasoned filmmaker with over 15 years of experience in the craft of storytelling and visual artistry, including a decade as a dedicated professional. Specializing in directing, editing, and color grading, John brings a unique vision to every project, ensuring each frame resonates with emotion and purpose.
Collaboration is at the heart of John’s creative process. Known for his approachable and team-oriented style, he thrives on working closely with clients, creatives, and crew to bring shared visions to life. His ability to listen, adapt, and inspire fosters an environment where ideas flow freely, resulting in work that exceeds expectations.
John's creative journey is fueled by a passion for exploring diverse narratives and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling. Whether behind the camera, in the editing suite, or perfecting the final grade, he transforms ideas into cinematic experiences that captivate audiences.

JESSICA SEPULVEDA
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Jessica is an Emmy-nominated executive producer with over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry. She began her career in music videos and commercials before rising through the ranks at Comedy Central, eventually serving as Senior Director of Productions across Viacom, ViacomCBS, and Paramount. Her work has earned Promax, Telly, Webby, and Clio awards, along with multiple Emmy nominations.
Jessica has led high-profile campaigns, commercials, documentaries, live events, and large-scale brand activations for major clients. Known for her creative leadership and sharp production instincts, she is driven by a deep belief in storytelling and a commitment to bringing bold creative visions to life.

CHRISTINA SCOTT
EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR/STRATEGIST
A brand leader who specializes in building cohesive, purpose-driven brand ecosystems, she believes great brands aren’t built on polish without purpose. With nearly two decades of experience across SaaS, mission-driven organizations, and agency partnerships, she shapes product experiences, leads campaign activations, and guides brand evolution, blending strategic rigor with hands-on creativity to turn purpose into impact with clarity, bold thinking, and heart.

Director of Delight. VP of Joy. Head of Hospitality & Hugs. He wears many hats (all adorable). Pure joy wrapped up in a Bernedoodle body, Otis is our resident scene-stealer, known for befriending everyone and elevating every experience. Whether traveling, on set, or simply being his magnetic self, he brings warmth, connection, and unmistakable good energy wherever he goes. Otis isn’t just along for the journey, he makes it better.
